                 Our bread and butter for everyday living is important. It is where our dreams and inspirations in life rely on. We tend to do our part in order to fulfill our goals in life.

                 Job attitudes and results differ among individuals based on personal needs and desires. In addition, through their work, such as social needs and status recognition, more and more people yearn to perform well just to achieve something. This pattern has become society's latest norm to the point that people seem to be more involved in work than ever before to ensure their welfare.

                    Leaders too have great impact in the performance of an employee. In addition, the workplace environment matters too. Furthermore, individual skills and knowing one's role in the workplace have great impact to be effective.
