             Values are individual beliefs that motivate people to act one way or another. They serve as  guide for human behavior. While, ethics is the process of questioning, discovering and defending our values, principles and purpose. It’s about finding out who we are and staying true to that in the face of temptations, challenges and uncertainty.
 
       Individuals are guided by moral values and ethical decision-making. The idea of knowing what is right and wrong and knowing the norms in the society or culture we live in, are basic ways of showing moral values and ethical decision-making.

        Values and ethics are integral part of human being. As one lives in this world, challenges come and we need to set ourselves to make decisions to stand by wherein our values and ethics will be tested through times. Yet, we need to deal with it logically in accordance to what the standards of our workplace set for us.
