LEARNING STRATEGIES, PERCEPTION AND LIFE SPAN CHANGES

If a student found a good learning strategy and met with the teacher’s strategy a remarkable learning outcome may prosper. As Tom Colicchio said “Recipes tell you nothing. Learning technique is the key.” But we need to remember there are no such best learning strategy it differs from one another.       Reality is subjective. Every individual has different perception. We see different views in different situation, interest, experiences and others. But amidst the fact that our views differ from one another we still need to maintain good human relationship to have a stress free life. Thus, we need to keep our expectation realistic, open communication and be flexible, we need to adapt change as changes mark growing.

SPECIALIZED TACTICS FOR GETTING ALONG WITH OTHERS IN THE WORKPLACE

In order to work harmoniously with others several tactics can be applied.       One  you will need to do is listen when they talk. Many arguments and conflicts have been started by individuals who are unwilling to listen to the other person. When someone approaches you about a problem or issue, do not be quick to interrupt. Stop and listen to what that person is saying first before responding.     Another is you need to ask questions, avoid gossips, being honest, be a team player and take interest in others.      Remember, it is important too that we need to consider others before us.
